Changes in the makeup of community infrastructure and the access to modern conveniences can cause problems at several levels. By combining a multi tiered education process, which includes addressing important safety concerns, providing basic steps to accessing and using the newly available resources, and establishing a program to maintain and develop the system, we can establish a path to avoid and minimize those typical “teething” problems. In this manner, we expedite the process, minimizing the time needed to acclimate to new technology and capabilities and maximizing the success of the endeavor.
